NONG: Equity Certificate for employees

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has today acquired NONG for employees.
The certificates were acquired at Oslo Børs at price 117,14 and will be
distributed to employees at the same price.
The transaction includes following persons discharging managerial
responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge:
Turid Aspenes with 77 NONG, Trude Glad with 77 NONG, Lasse Hagerupsen with 77
NONG, Hanne Karoline Kræmer with 77 NONG, Stein Vidar Loftås with 77 NONG, May
Britt Nilsen with 77 NONG, Bengt Olsen with 77 NONG og Birgitte Nygård Vibe with
4.268 NONG.

responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge in accordance with Regulation EU
296/2014 (MAR) art. 19
