Kid ASA - Anders Fjeld is stepping down as CEO

Lier, 1 November 2024: Anders Fjeld has informed the Board that he will resign
as CEO of Kid ASA ("the Company"), to take the position as CEO of Sport Holding
AS, a company controlled by Gjelsten Holding AS and O.N. Sunde A/S.

He will continue to hold the position until 1 May 2025, and the Board will start
the process of finding his replacement now.

Anders Fjeld has been the CEO since November 2018. Under his leadership, the
Company has developed significantly and become a leader in home textile retail
in the Nordics.

"Anders has done an outstanding job as CEO, and I would like to thank him for
the efforts, commitment, and results he has achieved in the Company. Strong
growth, in combination with impressive margins and geographic expansion has
brought the Company to where we are today", says Espen Gundersen, the Chairman
of the Board at Kid ASA.

"I have had the pleasure of being part of a fantastic team with many of the best
retailers in the Nordics. I want to thank all the employees in the stores, great
colleagues at our head offices, the management team and the Board. Together, we
have achieved results that few or none have managed to match.

With a strong and competent management team and motivated employees in four
countries, I look forward to following the development of Kid Interior and
Hemtex in the future. I am confident that we will continue to see growth and
strong results in the time to come", says Anders Fjeld, CEO of Kid ASA.
