Borr Drilling Limited – Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Borr Drilling Limited from trading
on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.11.2 (3), Oslo Børs has
on 1 November 2024 made the following resolution: "The shares in Borr Drilling
Limited will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 31 December 2024. The
last day of trading will be 30 December 2024."
