Oslo, November 1, 2024: Ayfie International AS (Ayfie, OSE: AIX) held an
extraordinary general meeting on November 1, 2024. The sole item on the agenda
was the election of a new board member. The general meeting unanimously resolved
to elect Andreas Akselsen as a new board member of Ayfie International AS. We
welcome Andreas Akselsen to the board and look forward to his contributions to
