Reference is made to the various stock exchange announcements made by Archer
Limited on October 30[th] and 31[st]. including the financial report for Q3 2024
("Q3 Report"), the acquisition of Wellbore Fishing and Rental Tools LLC (the
"WFR acquisition") and the private placement of USD 50 million ("Private
Placement).
