Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

Primary insider Christer Grönberg (EVP HR) has today exercised 70,389 options
granted under Orkla's LTI Programme at an average exercise price of NOK 77.67
per share.
The primary insider has transferred his rights to receive the new shares to a
third party in return for a net sales proceed which will be finally determined
on the basis of the market price subsequently obtained by the third party. The
results of the sales process will be announced in a separate stock exchange
notice.
Christer Grönberg will from 1 November 2024 step out of the management team and
retire from Orkla in 2025.
