The board of Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS has today called an extraordinary
general meeting on 7. November 2024 with a proposal to increase the equity
capital by NOK 700 million.
The capital increase is proposed to be carried out by increasing the equity
share capital in Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS by NOK 700 million, from NOK
7.0 billion to NOK 7.7 billion.
This will take place through the new subscription of 700,000 shares, each with a
nominal value of NOK 1,000.
The capital increase is underwritten by the company's sole shareholder
Sparebanken Vest. The general meeting's decision will be taken on 7. November
2024.
