Huddlestock announces resignation of CFO

The CFO of Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock"), Morten Bernhardsen, has today
informed the CEO and Board of Directors of Huddlestock that he has decided to
step down from his role to pursue opportunities outside of the company.
Huddlestock will start the process of finding a replacement for Bernhardsen who
will maintain his responsibilities as CFO until 31 December 2024.

says Leif Arnold Thomas, CEO of Huddlestock. "We wish him the best in the
future. As we move forward, our focus remains on driving organic growth,
expanding our IaaS-offerings and continuing to implement our cost-reduction
