Archer Norge AS: Archer acquires WFR and raises USD 50 million in equity

Reference is made to the announcement made by Archer Norge AS’s parent company
Archer Limited (the "Parent") on 30 October 2024 and 31 October 2024 regarding
the private placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares in the Parent.
Through the Private Placement, the Parent raised around USD 50 million in new
equity, which will finance the acquisition of Wellbore Fishing & Rental Tools,
LLC (“WFR”), as announced on 30 October 2024 by the Parent.
