Archer Limited: Notice of Record Date - Special General Meeting

Reference is made to the announcement made by Archer Limited (the "Company") on
31 October 2024 regarding the successful private placement (the "Private
Placement") of new common shares in the Company. The Company advises that a
special general meeting of the Company will be held on 13 November 2024 (the
"SGM") for its shareholders to consider and approve, amongst other items, an
authorization for the Company's board of directors to issue shares in tranche 2
(through increase of the Company's authorized share capital) of the Private
Placement.

The record date for voting at the SGM is set to 31 October 2024. A copy of the
notice of the SGM, including relevant details of the proposals and associated
information, will be distributed and made available prior to the SGM.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements according to Section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
