Vegfinans Viken AS – Successful NOK bond issue

Vegfinans Viken AS has today completed a successful placement of a new NOK 300m
10 year fixed rate bond issue with a coupon of 4.325%.

The issue was placed at a price equivalent to spread of 0.585% above 3 months
NIBOR.



The net proceeds will be used for financing the project E18 Lysaker -
Ramstadsletta.

The bond issuance has an on demand guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from the
county Akershus.



Settlement date is 08 November 2024 and an application will be made for the
bonds to be listed on Nordic ABM. SEB acted as Sole Lead Manager for the
transaction.
