Nordea Eiendomskreditt AS has appointed Danske Bank, DNB, and Nordea as joint
lead managers to explore issuing a Green NOK 5-year floating-rate Covered Bond
(premium), targeting a benchmark-sized issuance subject to market conditions.
The Green Covered Bond is expected to be rated Aaa by Moody’s.
