Please see below information about transactions made under the share buyback
programme for Atea ASA.

Date on which the buyback programme was announced: 23 October 2024

The duration of the buyback programme: 23 October 2024 to 29 April 2025, or
until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased.

Size of the buyback programme: Up to 650,000 shares

From 23 October 2024 until 30 October 2024, Atea ASA has purchased a total of
476 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 145.00 per
share. Following the completion of the above transactions, Atea ASA owns a total
of 484,457 own shares, corresponding to 0.43% of Atea ASA's share capital.

This is information that Atea ASA is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU
Market Abuse Regulation and subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to
Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
