Transactions carried out under the share buy-back program for KONGSBERG related to the employee share program

As of 28th of October 2024, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has transferred a total of 248
own shares to three employees. The transfers are related to the employee share
program announced on June 20, 2024 (36 shares) and the long-term incentive plan
for senior executives announced on March 20 (212 shares). The transfers will be
made at the same rate as announced on the respective dates.
Following this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 15,050 treasury shares,
corresponding to 0.009% of Kongsberg Gruppen's total share capital.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to §5-12 of
the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and requirements under the EU Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No
2016/1052 ("Safe Harbour Regulation").
