Standard Supply AS: Registration of share consolidation

Reference is made to the resolution by the general meeting of Standard Supply AS
(the "Company") on 9 October 2024 regarding a share consolidation (reverse share
split) in the ratio 100:1, and the key information notice regarding the share
consolidated announced on 28 October 2024.
The share consolidation has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the
Company is NOK 18,772,630 divided into 1,877,263 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 10.00.
