Extraordinary General Meeting to be held in Solstad Maritime Holding AS (SMH) on
14 November, 2024, at 10:00 CET.

In the notice it is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of NOK 0.50 per share
in Solstad Maritime Holding AS with the following key information:

Last day of trading in the SMH share inclusive the right to receive the
