Borgestad ASA: Invitation to presentation of Q3 2024 results

Borgestad ASA (the "Company") will release its Q3 2024 results on 13 November
2024. The report and presentation will be made available at 07:00 hours (CET) at
www.borgestad.no and www.newsweb.no.

In connection with the release of the Q3 results, the Company will host a
presentation, followed by a Q&A session, at 14:00 hours (CET) on 13 November
2024. The live webcast presentation will be held by Pål Feen Larsen (CEO) and
Glen Ole Rødland (Chair) and hosted by Arctic Securities. The Q3 presentation
can be viewed in a live webcast.
