Sparebanken Møre – Initiate share buyback program

Sparebanken Møre has decided to initiate an Equity Certificate buyback program.
The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization
provided by the General Meeting on 3rd April 2024 and FSA approval dated 16th
August 2024 to acquire own Equity Certificates. The buyback program will
commence on 29th October 2024 and continue until and including 21st November
2024. The buyback program will have a maximum consideration of NOK 10 million
and for a maximum of 100.000 Equity Certificates. Buyback transactions will be
executed according to the market price on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange. Equity
Certificates purchased under this program will be used in connection with the
Bank’s employee remuneration program.
