Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, on 28.10.2024 bought shares in Carasent ASA
NO0010123060. After the transaction Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, owned 3 676 885
shares in the company on a consolidated basis. This corresponds to 5,08% of the
number of outstanding shares and votes in the company.

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
