Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France), Allianz Holding France SAS (1
Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France) and Allianz SE
(Königinstrasse 28, 80802 Munich Germany) have crossed downwards at that date
the 5% threshold and voting rights for 1,949,066 KID ASA shares which
corresponds to 4.795% are owned by Allianz Retraite S.A. Allianz Retraite S.A.
is a direct subsidiary of Allianz Vie S.A. which is a direct subsidiary of
Allianz France S.A. which is a direct subsidiary of Allianz Holding France SAS.
