EUR 24.5 million tap issue in its outstanding senior secured green bond due 6
October 2028 with ISIN NO0013028001 (the "Tap Issue"). The outstanding amount
after the Tap Issue is EUR 74.5 million. The Tap Issue was priced at 103.50% of
the par value, equivalent to a margin of +157bps.
