Nominated for assignment at the New Aker hospital

AF Gruppen has been nominated by Helse Sør-ØST RHF as the contractor for the
execution of contract 2211 Structural Shell Somatics Base West. The agreement is
valued at NOK 212 million excluding VAT.

The contract is a main contract and includes the execution of minor groundwork,
concrete work for foundations, walls and slabs, as well as prefabricated
concrete and steel structures.

“We have extensive experience in hospital construction, most recently at the New
Hospital in Drammen, and we look forward to taking on this contract and
continuing the good cooperation with Helse Sør-Øst,” says Tormod Solberg,
Executive Vice President of AF Gruppen.

The work is scheduled to start in February 2025 and be completed in April 2026.
