Pyrum Innovations AG: New share capital

Dillingen/Saar, 24 October 2024 – Reference is made to the Ad hoc announcement
by Pyrum Innovations AG on 22 October 2024 and the cash capital increase from
authorized capital with exclusion of subscription rights.

The new shares issued in the capital increase has been issued and the share
capital of Pyrum Innovation AG is EUR 3,617,372.00 divided into 3,617,372 no-par
value registered shares with a nominal share of the share capital of EUR 1.00
per share. The shares are validly and legally issued and fully paid up and
represents one vote at the general meeting of Pyrum Innovations AG.
