Nordic Aqua Partners AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange release made by Nordic Aqua Partners AS
(the "Company") on 29 September 2024 regarding a private placement of 4,666,666
new shares (the "New Shares") in the Company (the "Private Placement"),
conditional upon the approval by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company
(the "EGM").

Reference is further made to the stock exchange release made by the Company on
18 October 2024 announcing that the issuance of the New Shares was approved by
the EGM.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. As a result, the
Company's registered share capital is now NOK 21,000,755, divided into
21,000,755 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
