Höegh Autoliners ASA - Notice of extraordinary general meeting

Oslo, 24 October 2024: The board of directors of Höegh Autoliners ASA (the
"Company", ticker code: "HAUTO") has resolved to call for an extraordinary
general meeting to be held on 20 November 2024 at 14:30 hours (CET) as a virtual
meeting.

The notice and agenda for the extraordinary general meeting is attached hereto,
including further information on advance voting, power of attorney and digital
participation.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via
Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and
ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. For further

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged
in before the general meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes
and proxies is 18 November 2025 at 16:00 (CET).
