(Oslo, 24 October 2024) Arribatec Group ASA (Arribatec, OSE:ARR) today announces
6 November 2024 as the reporting date for the Q3 2024 financial figures.

Reference is made to the 27 September 2024 notification, where Arribatec
announced constructive dialogue with its lenders to increase credit facilities
to address the liquidity shortfall in the short term. In combination with this,
it also explores alternative funding routes. The activities to address the
company's liquidity situation are continuing constructively, and Arribatec has
therefore decided to move the reporting date for the Q3 2024 interim financial
statements to 6 November 2024.
