Oslo, 24 October 2024: Canica AS has today sold 215,000 shares in EAM Solar ASA
following which Canica AS owns 334,365 shares and votes (4.88%) in EAM Solar
ASA. Canica AS owns no other rights to shares in EAM Solar ASA.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
