CFO Frank Johannesen extends with Sparebanken Vest

Frank Johannesen was originally due to retire in July 2024 according to the
current pension agreement, but has remained in the position through the planning
of the merger process between Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør.
Frank Johannesen will step down from his role as CFO at Sparebanken Vest on 1
May 2025, and continue in a part-time position as strategic advisor to CEO Jan
Erik Kjerpeseth throughout 2025.
Frank Johannesen has been an employee of the bank since 1985 and has held many
different roles in Sparebanken Vest, including CFO, Executive Vice President
Risk Management (CRO) and Executive Vice President for Retail and Corporate
Markets.
A new CFO will be announced when the new Group management of Sparebanken Norge
is announced during the first quarter of 2025.
