KMC Properties ASA – Key information relating to dividend in kind

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by KMC Properties ASA
(the "Company" or "KMC Properties") on 14 June 2024 regarding the proposed
combination of the Company and Logistea AB (publ.) ("Logistea") and the
announcement on 22 October 2024 whereby the board of directors called for an
extraordinary general meeting of the Company to inter alia resolve on the second
distribution of consideration shares in Logistea as dividend in kind to the
shareholders of the Company.

Key information related to the dividend in kind is set out below.

Dividend amount: A-shares and B-shares in Logistea for a total amount of maximum
NOK 1,354,009,465.93
