On 13 October 2024, Infinite Invest AS, a close associate of Svein Inge Taklo,
Chief Development and Infrastructure Officer of Atlantic Sapphire, has
subscribed for a total of 1,249,677 shares in the Rights Issue shares in
Atlantic Sapphire ASA, at a price of NOK 0.10 per share, for a total acquisition
price of NOK 124,967.70
