Standard Supply AS: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of
Standard Supply AS (the "Company") on 9 October 2024, regarding a share capital
increase to facilitate a share consolidation. The share capital increase
consists of nine (9) new shares in the Company, at a subscription price of NOK
0.10 per share, corresponding to an increase in the share capital of NOK 0.90.

The share capital increase mentioned above has now been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company
is NOK 18,772,630 divided into 187,726,300 shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.10.
