SpareBank 1 Gruppen – Q3 2024 Results

SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit after tax for the 3th quarter and
YTD in 2024 were NOK 825 (-64) million and NOK 1.240 (187) million,
respectively. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after tax for
the third quarter and YTD in 2024 were NOK 442 (-66) million and NOK 647 (86)
million, respectively.

SpareBank 1 SMN holds an ownership stake of 19,5% in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS.
SpareBank 1 SMN's share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's net profit after tax for the
3th quarter was NOK 86 (-13) million. SpareBank 1 SMN's majority share of net
profit YTD was NOK 127 (17) million.

The entry of Eika Forsikring AS on July 1 st led to an increase in equity in the
SpareBank 1 Gruppen group, and the final calculation of the majority share of
the equity amounted to 2.3 billion. SpareBank 1 SMN will recognize in the income
statement 19.5 percent , which amounts to NOK 452 million in the third quarter.

Fremtind Holding Group, owned 51,44 % by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, reported a
pre-tax profit of NOK 1.095 (20) million in the 3th quarter and NOK 1.824 (366)
million YTD.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in
2023.
