Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Huddlestock
Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") on 26 September 2024 regarding the
share capital increase by cash contribution, in which the board resolved to
issue 23,593,166 new shares with a total subscription amount of NOK
14,155,899.60 and on 14 October 2024 regarding the share capital increase by
debt conversion, in which the board resolved to issue 18,338,911 new shares with
a total subscription amount of NOK 47,681,168.60. Both capital increases are
based on an authorization granted by the ordinary general meeting held on 16 May
2024.

The issuance of 41,932,077 new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).
Following registration of the share capital increase, Huddlestock's share
capital is NOK 441,886.24 divided into 232,571,703 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 0.0019.
