LIFE Lifecare ASA uplisting to Euronext Oslo Børs is approved

Bergen, Norway, 21 October 2024: Today, Lifecare ASA (LIFE), a clinical stage
medical sensor company developing the next generation Continuous Glucose
Monitor (CGM), can announce that the company will transfer to Euronext Oslo
Børs tomorrow 22 October 2024.

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 27 September 2024 where it
was announced that Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Lifecare ASA
to trading on Oslo Børs. Today the commission at Euronext Oslo Børs approved
Lifecare's transfer from Euronext Growth to Euronext Oslo Børs.

- This is an important milestone for Lifecare to take the step to the
regulated market Euronext Oslo Børs. On behalf of the entire organization, I
am very proud that Oslo Børs' listing committee has assessed and concluded
that Lifecare meets the conditions for admission to the main list. We have a
proven the technology, we have focused on setting up production and we are now
approaching our first product. Lifecare is now ready for the main list on

Tuesday morning, 22 September 2024, Lifecare will ring the bell to mark the
opening of the markets at Oslo Børs.
