Mandatory notification of trades

In connection with the share purchase program in AF Gruppen ASA (AFG), primary
insiders of the Company have subscribed 14,320 shares at NOK 95.40 per share.

Please see attached notifications for transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR)
article 19.

The transactions are expected to be completed by October 31st 2024.
