An extra ordinary general meeting of ECIT will be held on 1 November 2024, at
16:30 CET. The meeting will be a digital event. A link will be provided prior to
the meeting on www.ecit.com/investor/.

Adjustments to the articles of association and election of a new board after
completion of the Offer, as described in company announcement 262 of today, is
on the agenda.
