PetroNor E&P ASA: Changes to the board composition

Oslo, 15 October 2024: PetroNor E&P ASA (“PetroNor” or the “Company”) has
received notice from board members Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde and Gro Kielland
that they will resign as board members of the Company effective from 1 November
2024.

The board would like to thank Tybring-Gjedde and Kielland for their considerable
contribution to the Company during their directorship.

Following the resignations, the board of directors will consist of chair Joseph
Kamal Iskander Mina, and board members Jarle Norman-Hansen and Azza Samir Fawzi.
The Company has commenced a search for new directors and will provide further
details as and when this process is completed.
