Eqva ASA: Share capital registered

Valen, 15 October 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Eqva
ASA (the "Company") published on 3 October 2024 (Private placement successfully
completed) and 11 October 2024 08:57 (CEST) (Revised private placement
completed) regarding the completion of a private placement of 2,422,500 new
shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of NOK 11,628,000 (the "Private
Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement is now registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the
Company's registered share capital is NOK 3,720,490.80 divided into 74,409,816
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 and carrying one vote in the
Company's general meeting.
