Treasure ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 14 October 2024, bought 150.000 shares
in Treasure ASA at a price of NOK 28.5000 per share. Following the latest
transaction Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 172.299.580 shares in Treasure
ASA, representing 84,16% of the shares issued.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is a close associate of Thomas Wilhelmsen, Chairman
of the Board of Directors, and Christian Berg, member of the Board of Directors
of Treasure ASA.
