Reference is made to stock exchange notices published in connection with the
merger of SpareBank 1 Østlandet and Totens Sparebank (the "Merger"), including
the stock exchange notice of September 20, 2024, by SpareBank 1 Østlandet
regarding the decision to implement the Merger, and the notice published today
regarding the board of Totens Sparebank’s decision to proceed with the Merger,
as well as the decision to establish Totens Sparebankstiftelse, which is being
established as part of the Merger.

In connection with the Merger on 1 November 2024, Totens Sparebankstiftelse will
be allocated 11,713,364 equity certificates, corresponding to 8.6% of the equity
capital in SpareBank 1 Østlandet.

Each equity certificate grants one vote in the election of members and deputy
members to the supervisory board of SpareBank 1 Østlandet by the equity
certificate holders.
