Responsibility Statement first half 2024 interim report

With reference to Aega’s publication of second quarter and first half 2024
interim financial results on 30 August 2024.
By an incursion the company’s “Responsibility Statement” was not included in the
financial reporting for Q2 2024. The “Responsibility Statement” is therefore
quoted below and incorporated in the financial report attached to this message.
No other changes are done to the report.
The statement is issued by the board of directors and CEO together:
“Responsibility statement: We confirm to the best of our knowledge, that the
condensed interim financial statement for the period 1 January 2024 to 30 June
2024 has been prepared in accordance with IFRS as adopted by EU, and that the
information gives a true and fair view of the Group’s assets, liabilities,
financial position and result for the period. We also confirm that and that the
interim report includes a fair review of any significant events which arose
during the six-month period and their effect on the half-yearly financial report
and any significant related party transactions. The report includes, to the best
of our knowledge, a description of the material risks which the board of
directors deems at the time of this report might have a significant impact on
the financial performance of the company.”
