Notification of transactions by primary insiders and their close associates

trade primary insiders

On 11 October 2024, Bricknode Holding AB, a close associate of board member
Stefan Willebrand, sold 369,576 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS (the "Company")
for a price per share of NOK 0.554. The shares were purchased by the following
close associates:

1. Team Hagelin AB, a close associate of board member Erik Hagelin (184,788
shares).
2. Willebrand Group AB, a close associate of board member Stefan (184,788
shares).

Following the transactions, Bricknode Holding AB does not own any shares in the
Company, Team Hagelin AB owns 184,788 in the Company and Willebrand Group AB
owns 184,788 shares in the Company.

Attached are the notifications of the transaction in accordance with the Market
Abuse Regulation Article 19.
