Ensurge Micropower ASA - Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 October 2024

An Extraordinary General Meeting in Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") was
held today as an electronic meeting. All items on the agenda were adopted in
accordance with the proposals of the board of directors of the
Company, including the approval of Tranche 2 of the private placement and the
subsequent offering, both as announced on 19 September 2024.
