AGILYX ASA - Approval and publication of listing prospectus

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Agilyx ASA
("Agilyx" or the "Company") on 21 August 2024 regarding the successful private
placement of 14,000,000 new shares in the Company directed towards certain
investors (the “Private Placement").

The new shares were issued in two tranches, whereof 8,737,240 new shares were
issued in tranche 1 of the Private Placement (the "Tranche 1 Shares") and
5,262,760 new shares were issued in tranche 2 of the Private Placement (the
"Tranche 2 Shares"). The Tranche 1 Shares were issued on the ordinary ISIN of
the Company as immediately tradable and listed shares on Euronext Oslo Børs
under the ticker code 'AGLX', in accordance with an exemption from prospectus
requirements for admission to trading of new shares. The Tranche 2 Shares were
issued on a separate interim ISIN pending approval and publication of a listing
prospectus.

On 14 October 2024, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved the
prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the listing of the Tranche
2 Shares on Euronext Oslo Børs (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus is available
on the Company's website: www.agilyx.com. Consequently, the Tranche 2 Shares
will be transferred from the separate interim ISIN to the Company's ordinary
ISIN NO NO0010872468 and become tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker
"AGLX".
