7.061.352 shares in Treasure ASA for a total consideration of NOK 201 million
(USD 19 million). This comes in addition to the 4.021.523 shares previously
acquired and notified on 11 October 2024 at 08:40 hrs.
Following the latest transaction Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 172.149.580
shares in Treasure ASA, representing 84,09% of the shares issued.
