Treasure ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 11 October 2024, bought a further
7.061.352 shares in Treasure ASA at a price of NOK 28.4937 per shares. This
comes in addition to the 4.021.523 shares previously acquired and notified on 11
October 2024 at 08:40 hrs. Following the latest transaction Wilh. Wilhelmsen
Holding ASA owns 172.149.580 shares in Treasure ASA, representing 84,09% of the
shares issued.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is a close associate of Thomas Wilhelmsen, Chairman
of the Board of Directors, and Christian Berg, member of the Board of Directors
of Treasure ASA.
