Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 11 October 2024, bought 4.021.523 shares
in Treasure ASA at a price of NOK 28,50 per share. Following the transaction
Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 165.088.228 shares in Treasure ASA,
representing 80,64% of the shares issued

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is a close associate of Thomas Wilhelmsen, Chairman
of the Board of Directors, and Christian Berg, member of the Board of Directors
of Treasure ASA.
