SHELF DRILLING (NORTH SEA), LTD. – MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE BY PRIMARY
INSIDERS
Dubai, October 11, 2024 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published earlier today at 18:35 CET regarding the completion of the Merger (as
defined in the referred stock exchange announcement).
Following the issuance of the certificate of merger for the Merger by the
Bermuda Registrar of Companies, all shareholders of Shelf Drilling (North Sea),
Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling North Sea"), except shareholders being part of the Shelf
Drilling, Ltd. group, have ceased to have any rights to shares in Shelf Drilling
North Sea.
Therefore, certain primary insiders of Shelf Drilling North Sea have today
ceased to have any rights to shares in Shelf Drilling North Sea as further
described in the attached transaction forms.
