Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Måsøval AS
("Måsøval" or the "Company") on 10 October 2024, regarding the proposed demerger
and triangular merger.

An extraordinary general meeting will be held in the Company on 25 October 2024
at 11.00 am at the Company's offices in Nordfrøyveien 413, 7260 SISTRANDA,
Norway, to deal with the proposed demerger and triangular merger.

Notice to the extraordinary general meeting will be sent electronically to all
shareholders with a known address, and is also attached to this notification and
made available at the Company's website: https://www.masoval.no/. The demerger
and triangular merger plan including appendices will also be made available at
the Company's website.
