KMC Properties ASA – Share capital decrease completed

Oslo, 11 October 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made
by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company" or "KMCP") on 5 July 2024 regarding the
extraordinary general meeting's resolution to decrease the share capital of the
Company by NOK 75,012,889.68, from NOK 83,347,655.20 to NOK 8,334,765.52,
through a decrease of the nominal value of the shares by NOK 0.18, from NOK 0.20
to NOK 0.02.

The resolution was published by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises
on 15 July 2024, and followed by a six-week creditor notice period which was
completed without creditor objections.

The share capital decrease has today been registered as completed by the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital
decrease, the share capital of the Company is NOK 8,334,765.52, divided into
416,738,276 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
